Commissioning Manager - South East London - Residential Project

A Commissioning Manager is required to oversee the handover of a complex services package on a large new build residential project in South East London. The overall project is valued at GBP60m+ (MEP value circa GBP10m) and is due to finish at the end of 2025. Ideally, the Commissioning Manager will have previous experience working on large residential or commercial projects. Our client is open to candidates with mechanical or electrical backgrounds and will consider those with experience with main contractors, consultants, or specialist M&E contractors.

Role/Duties:

1. Reporting to a site-based Senior Project Manager and liaising with the Regional Building Services Manager.
2. Engaging with the client, subcontractors, and associated consultants.
3. Chairing regular meetings related to commissioning activities.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications and tickets such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
