Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the team. You will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest journey, working closely with the Chef de Rang and senior service team to assist with preparation and maintenance of the restaurant and ensuring guests receive warm, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service
• Deliver food, beverages, and guest requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention to detail
• Work closely with both kitchen and front of house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines, and beverages
• Support the delivery of Four Seasons service standards at all times
• Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative team culture

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the team.

The role

As a Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Working closely with the Chef de Rang and senior service team, you will assist with the preparation and maintenance of the restaurant, support service delivery, and help ensure every guest receives the warm, attentive, and personalised experience for which Four Seasons is renowned.

What You Will Do

What To Expect

• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
• Restaurant operation across lunch and dinner service
• Flexibility required across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
