Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, part of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, seeks a Casual Waiter or Waitress for Mei Ume to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will engage guests, explain dishes and beverages, and support a seamless service standard in a luxury setting.

Qualifications include at least one year in a luxury hospitality role, strong English communication, a passion for guest service, and right to work in the UK. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Waiter or Waitress to join the team at Mei Ume.

About Mei Ume

Mei Ume brings together the artistry of Chinese and Japanese cuisine under one roof. The menu features an exceptional selection of sushi, sashimi, dim sum, and signature dishes, creating a vibrant dining experience where tradition meets innovation.

Led by Head Chef Peter Ho and his team, Mei Ume continues to evolve its culinary offering while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and guest experience.

The role

As a Casual Waiter or Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will provide knowledgeable, attentive, and personalised service while maintaining the standards expected of both Four Seasons and Mei Ume.

You will build confidence in discussing menu items, ingredients, beverages, and recommendations, helping guests navigate the menu and enhancing their overall experience.
