Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Waiter or Waitress to join Coopers Cut, our contemporary steakhouse. You will deliver warm, personalised service to hotel guests and local diners, and build strong product knowledge of menus, wines, and seasonal specials.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, delivering an elevated yet approachable style of hospitality in a contemporary setting.

The role

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you will provide warm, engaging, and personalised service while developing strong product knowledge and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
• Build genuine relationships with guests through warm and personalised interactions
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, wines, beverages, and seasonal specials
• Take food and beverage orders confidently and accurately
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standards of presentation and timing
• Ensure your section is prepared and maintained throughout service
• Work closely with both front of house and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role within a quality driven restaurant environment
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Positive attitude and team focused approach
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
• Good food and beverage knowledge or a desire to learnGood spoken and written English

• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
• Restaurant operation across lunch and dinner service
• Flexibility required across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
