Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team and help prep, create and bring the menu to life. You’ll learn, grow your skills, and own a section of the kitchen as you contribute to daily service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support the kitchen team, and deliver hot, on-spec dishes. A passion for food and willingness to learn are essential for progression toward Sous Chef through our DNA career pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
