Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn across kitchen sections and take ownership of a section while developing skills for future career progression.

As a Commis Chef you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support the kitchen team, and focus on delivering great, hot food to spec every time. We’ll back your development through our DNA career pathway towards Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Knowledge of kitchen areas and procedures or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and support day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Demonstrates passion for delivering high-quality, cooked-to-order dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prep and help bring the menu to life under supervision.
• Support kitchen team and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Help ensure meals are prepared to spec and on time.
