Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or a culinary qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and presentation of dishes to high standards.
• Support senior chefs with mise en place and service preparation.
• Learn a range of culinary skills across kitchen sections.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and allergen management procedures.
• Ensure workstations are clean and prepared for service.
• Assist with stock rotation and ingredient management.
