• Follow recipe standards and maintain consistency in every dish.
• Keep hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at the highest level.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes.
• Adapt to catering requirements for guests, dining experiences, and hotel events.
• Relay feedback from guests and team members to senior chefs.
• Support seasonal dishes inspired by the natural surroundings and estate‑grown produce.
• Assist with preparation for Michelin‑star level dining and nature‑led culinary experiences.
