Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes is seeking a Commis Chef to join a busy, professional kitchen team. You will learn across sections, preparing fresh dishes for our guests while developing culinary skills in an award-winning resort.

This full-time role offers 5 days out of 7 with rotating shifts and £13.50 per hour. Immediate start for the right candidate and a supportive, friendly team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in producing salads, vegetables, starters, mains and bakery items.
• Work across kitchen sections as required to support service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures and complete temperature checks.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and reducing food waste through portion control.
• Ensure dishes are presented to high standards and support during busy services.
