Marston’s in Leeds is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team, helping prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills and own a section of the kitchen, delivering great, hot food on spec.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and enjoying a pathway toward Sous Chef through our internal DNA programme. Flexible hours and real benefits come with the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Prepare and bring menu items to life following recipes.
• Support kitchen team to maintain standards and cleanliness.
