Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in a vibrant pub environment. You’ll help prep, assemble and bring our menu to life, learning first-hand the skills needed to operate a section of the kitchen and contribute to daily kitchen tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for delivering great hot food to specification.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Learn prep skills and own a section of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Ensure dishes meet spec and are served hot.
