Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll prep, cook and plate dishes, learning new skills as you work towards taking ownership of a kitchen section.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Works well in a fast-paced team.
• Help to support the kitchen day-to-day operations.
• Desire to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a busy kitchen team delivering to spec.
• Assist with daily prep and cooking duties.
• Support the kitchen to keep smooth service during shifts.
