Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, support the daily running of the kitchen and deliver great, hot food to spec every time. We offer a clear internal career pathway and real opportunities to develop your skills within a friendly, community-focused pub company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team
• Support daily kitchen operations and prep
• Passion to deliver hot food to spec
