Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test foods to determine if they are cooked.
• Set up and break down workstation.
• Follow all safety policies and report maintenance or unsafe conditions.
