Job summary

Clays is seeking a Commis Chef for a seasonal, part-time role ending 31 December 2026. You will assist the CDP and Sous Chef, help prepare high-quality dishes, and maintain cleanliness across stations. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and hospitality passion are essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industry.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Flexibility to work weekends and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Senior Kitchen colleagues in their daily duties.
• Assist in preparing and cooking elements of high quality dishes under guidance of Chef De Partie.
• Check and receive deliveries following company and legal requirements.
• Develop culinary knowledge to produce high-quality dishes.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to guests and colleagues.

Skills
