Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Commis Chef for our busy Manchester kitchen. You will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications, assisting senior chefs and ensuring high quality and presentation.

You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene, follow food safety regulations, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commis Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
