The Mei Ume Commis Chef will prepare all mise-en-place, items and dishes with the Kitchen team. The Commis Chef will need to ensure all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to.

Mei Ume in Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is currently recruiting a Commis Chef to join the culinary team.

• £36,000.00 package which includes hotel service charge, and salary
