Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a passionate Commis Chef for Buckland Manor Hotel in Worcestershire. The role involves supporting the kitchen team, preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, and contributing to an efficient, professional kitchen environment.

The position is full-time, 5 days out of 7, with a 45-hour week, and includes a competitive hourly rate of £12.71 plus service charge and benefits.

Competenze

• Experience in a professional kitchen or catering qualification.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

Mansioni

• Support kitchen team in preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety; ensure mise en place is ready for service.
• Assist senior chefs across sections and help with stock rotation and menu prep.
