Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll fit in if you have a passion for food and enjoy learning new prepping skills while owning a section of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and create menu items to spec.
• Learn new prepping skills and own a section of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running and ensure hot food is delivered to spec.
