Job summary

White Hart (2557) is seeking a Commis Chef to help prep, create, and bring our pub menu to life. You will learn new prep skills, contribute to meals, and own sections of the kitchen as you grow.

Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP, the ability to work in a fast-paced team, and a passion for delivering hot food to spec are important. We offer a supportive pathway toward Sous Chef as you progress.

Qualifications

• Previous chef experience or senior kitchen porter (KP) preferred.
• Willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Commitment to delivering hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and prep.
• Support kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Prepare and cook dishes to Marston’s standards.
