Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in Lincoln. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and taking ownership of a kitchen section. There’s a clear path to develop toward Sous Chef as you grow your career with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support daily operations.
• Ensure food is prepared to spec and served hot.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and HACCP standards.

As Commis Chef:There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.
