Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at a local pub. You’ll prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new techniques and taking ownership of a kitchen section. We value teamwork and a passion for delivering hot, high-quality dishes.

You’ll grow your career through our internal pathway, with real benefits and opportunities to advance toward Sous Chef roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Desire to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

As Commis Chef: There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.
