Job summary

South Norfolk Council is seeking an experienced professional for a fixed-term maternity cover to grow and promote its commercial waste portfolio. You will manage customer accounts, handle billing and debt management, and coordinate deliveries across the district while liaising with operations teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role is based at Ketteringham Depot with no home working, requiring travel to multiple sites and regular customer liaison both on- and off-site.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and ability to promote and sell services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts including billing, financial transactions and debt management.
• Handle account adjustments to meet customer and service needs.
