Job summary

Nolans Seafoods, part of a growing seafood group, is seeking a Commercial Support Coordinator in Fraserburgh. You will manage orders, coordinate export documentation, and liaise with Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have admin experience in fast-paced settings, strong Excel/Office skills, and knowledge of ERP systems and export procedures. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience in food manufacturing, seafood or logistics is desirable.
• Familiarity with export docs and customs procedures.
• Experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders via phone and email.
• Maintain daily whitefish sales reports and input orders in ERP.
• Verify delivery documents and coordinate with customers.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Finance on shipments and invoices.
• Provide production updates and order changes to relevant teams.
• Handle product labels, PLUs, and documentation as required.
