Job summary

Detail 2 Limited in Thurrock, UK, is seeking an Export Operations Coordinator to join a busy team handling deep sea groupage and consolidations. The role manages live export bookings, rates, haulage, and documentation from enquiry through to filing and CDS entries.

You will coordinate multiple shipments, ensure accuracy, communicate with customers and overseas agents, and work in a small team with standard office hours. This is an office-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in export operations, especially deep sea exports.
• Strong knowledge of groupage and consol export work.
• Experience with AMS and ISF filing and UK export procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort the export inbox and respond to general export queries from customers.
• Handle rate requests from overseas agents and enter bookings.
• Arrange UK haulage and carry out load planning, especially for the USA.
