Job summary

Radius in Crewe is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to own country-level performance across sales, account management and customer service, driving revenue, margin and retention with evidence-based insights.

You will build forecasting models, run performance reviews, and shape commission schemes while collaborating with digital, data services and finance teams. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree at least 2:2 in a relevant field.
• Experience influencing multi-team stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to build/interpret forecasting models for commercial outcomes.
• Proven data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders with outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects to completion.
• Identify errors or inconsistencies in data before senior review.
• Experience working with revenue, margin and retention metrics.
• Proficient in SQL queries to extract/manipulate data.
• Built dashboards/reports in Tableau.
• Advanced Excel modelling (pivot/lookups).
• Designed or administered sales/account management commission schemes.
• Experience in fuel, fleet or B2B commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Account Management and Customer Service to provide commercial insight from data.
• Own country initiatives to improve revenue, margin, retention and P&L.
• Present data-led recommendations to senior stakeholders for growth.
• Run country performance reviews with key stakeholders and translate data into actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and track corrective actions to delivery.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, scenario planning, and business cases.
• Govern the design, implementation and governance of commission schemes.
