Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking a Commercial Analyst to own performance for a set of countries within our Fuel business, spanning sales, account management and customer service to drive revenue, margin and retention.

You will build forecasting models, run performance reviews, and design or govern commission schemes while presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

This role blends detailed analysis with strategic influence across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with a minimum of 2:2.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple teams or functions.
• Ability to build and interpret forecasting models for commercial outcomes.
• Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to provide insights for revenue improvement.
• Own country initiatives to improve revenue, margin, retention and P&L performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders on performance improvements.
• Run country performance reviews with key stakeholders and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and business cases to support investment, pricing and growth decisions.
• Govern and design of sales and account management commission schemes.
