Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst who will own credit insight for a single division. You will partner with operations and leadership to shape the analytical agenda, automate reporting, and deliver decision-grade insights that influence credit policy and portfolio decisions.

The role requires advanced SQL, Tableau, and Excel skills, proven ability to automate end-to-end reporting, and strong business partnering credibility with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• No specific formal qualifications are required; however, a degree in a related discipline would be advantageous.
• Significant experience delivering credit, risk, portfolio analytics or commercial analytics within a complex environment is essential.
• Track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insight, leading analytical projects, and delivering automation or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division to support portfolio performance, risk management and strategic decisions.
• Set analytical agenda, identify opportunities, prioritise insights beyond stakeholder requests.
• Rationalise reporting to focus on decision support with measurable value.
• Design and implement automated SQL and Tableau reporting to reduce manual work.
• Deliver root-cause analysis and predictive insights on portfolio metrics, presenting findings to leaders.
• Contribute to credit policy design and policy decisions with evidence-based input.
