Commercial Sales and Marketing Executive

Our client, a global IT/Telecoms company, is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Commercial Sales and Marketing Executive to join their growing sales team. They specialize in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of their clients. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they strive to exceed expectations and drive success in every project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and confirming qualified leads to pass onto the sales team and convert them into appointments.

You will represent the company and its solutions, demonstrating enthusiasm and confidence in communication, and supporting the National Sales Managers with customer and market research and analysis. Maintaining excellent customer relationships is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads, and setting appointments for the external sales team.
  2. Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
  3. Initiating lead and demand generation strategies, including inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives, along with providing accurate internal and external communications.
  4. Effectively communicating and presenting the company's solutions and value proposition to customers, and providing consistent weekly/monthly sales lead activity reports to management.
  5. Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  6. Achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Business-related degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments, employing structured selling methods. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
