About the Role

If you have the gift of gab combined with extensive Direct Field Sales experience, we want you on our team.

Take your drive and ambition to the streets of Manchester, selling our full fibre broadband and other products to local residents. Use your excellent communication skills, handle objections professionally, and consistently meet targets.

If you can sell ice to an Eskimo, why not broadband?

While we are customer-obsessed, we also value supporting our team. You’ll receive a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus travel and tech allowances, with an OTE of £50,000+. Our uncapped commission means some of our top Direct Sales Executives earn significantly more.

Key Requirements
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Strong field sales experience.

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing with a passion for engaging with the public.

  • Ability to converse effectively with customers, educate them, and build rapport quickly.

  • Experience working towards targets and achieving goals.

  • Good organization and time management skills for a fast-paced role.

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: up to £28,000 DOE plus travel and tech allowances and uncapped commission (OTE £50K+).
