ONEiO is redefining how companies connect their IT ecosystems by delivering Integration as a Managed Service. We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing commercial team in the UK and help drive new customer growth across Managed Service Providers and Enterprises. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to make an impact, and enjoys solving complex challenges through consultative selling.

What You’ll Do

- Own and execute the sales process from initial outreach to close, targeting enterprise buyers and MSPs.

- Identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and warm leads.

- Conduct impactful discovery calls and presentations that align ONEiO’s managed service model to customer needs.

- Manage and maintain an active pipeline while forecasting and reporting accurately.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term value delivery.

- Stay on top of trends in the managed services, ITSM, and integration space.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in B2B sales of managed services, outsourced IT, or integration-related offerings.

- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex, service-led deals.

- Strong understanding of value selling in the context of recurring service delivery.

- Familiarity with ITSM or SIAM frameworks is a strong plus.

- High energy, curiosity, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
