MIM Systems provide supply a variety of workforce management systems to a wide variety of companies cross the UK and abroad. Due to expansion we now have an opportunity for an experienced customer focused sales and marketing executive to join our team based at Dunston Innovation Centre in Chesterfield.

Period of induction responsibilities will include:

• Product knowledge internal training period
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
• Delivering a professional and enjoyable customer experience
• Liaising with other departments ensuring the client’s needs are met
• Speaking with clients over the phone, email and other channels

Full job responsibilities following training:

• Enquiries generated from on-line marketing and website
• Preparation of marketing materials
• Social Media releases
• Sales development of new systems
• Understanding and learning our other brands

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Organised and excellent communication skills
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive
• Friendly and outgoing
• Willing to learn about our specialist products

It would be desirable if your previous work experience included

• Telephone handing
• B2B Marketing

This position will suit a person who is willing to learn about our specialist products, is very well organised and an excellent communicator at all levels. Full training will be provided for the right candidate

If successful you can expect a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your experience.

Hours of Work

• Normal hours of work are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
• 22 days paid annual leave plus statuary holidays.
