A fast-growing B2B digital publishing company seeks ambitious Commercial Partnerships & Sales Directors to grow their partner network. This remote role focuses on selling advertising and sponsorships, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and client satisfaction. The position offers uncapped commission and realistic earnings potential, alongside comprehensive training and support.

Location: Remote (UK-Based) | Great Yarmouth HQ available for optional in-person training
OTE: £80,000–£120,000+ (Self-Employed, Uncapped Commission)
Commission: 40% on all revenue
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

What Sets Us ApartUnlike most traditional sales roles in publishing, none of our sales team conduct any cold calls or manually source leads. You’ll be partnered with a dedicated Business Development Manager who handles all outreach on your behalf.
This means you can focus purely on what you do best: building relationships, consulting effectively, and closing deals. Our digital-first model, combined with high-quality editorial and a respected global audience, gives you a solid foundation to convert warm opportunities into long-term partners.

You’ll be representing premium media platforms to a senior-level audience and helping clients align their brand with industry-leading editorial.
