Location: Remote (UK-Based) | Great Yarmouth HQ available for optional in-person training

OTE: £80,000–£120,000+ (Self-Employed, Uncapped Commission)

Commission: 40% on all revenue

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Start Date: Immediate openings available

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated Commercial Partnerships & Sales Directors to help grow our partner network and extend our commercial reach.

Unlike most traditional sales roles in publishing, none of our sales team conduct any cold calls or manually source leads. You’ll be partnered with a dedicated Business Development Manager who handles all outreach on your behalf.

This means you can focus purely on what you do best: building relationships, consulting effectively, and closing deals. Our digital-first model, combined with high-quality editorial and a respected global audience, gives you a solid foundation to convert warm opportunities into long-term partners.

Role Overview

We’re seeking driven and results-oriented sales professionals to sell advertising, sponsorships, and editorial coverage across our publications. You’ll be representing premium media platforms to a senior-level audience and helping clients align their brand with industry-leading editorial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell advertising packages, sponsored features, and editorial placements
  • Engage with senior decision-makers across procurement, supply chain, and technology sectors
  • Convert inbound and warm leads into long-term advertising partnerships
  • Deliver tailored proposals that meet each client's goals
  • Liaise with editorial and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain strong pipeline visibility
What We’re Looking For
  • B2B sales experience (media/publishing)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident, consultative approach to relationship-building
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your time and performance independently
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills
  • Based in the UK (Great Yarmouth HQ available for in-person onboarding if preferred)
