Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team to drive high performance.
• Oversee pricing governance, annual COGS reviews, pricing policy compliance, and support customer pricing strategies.
• Ensure accurate demand forecasting and lead S&OP processes.
• Drive process improvements and standardize commercial operations across the region.
• Act as Salesforce super user, maintain territory alignments, support strategy execution and reporting.
• Oversee tender and contract processes to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Ensure efficient, high-quality customer service operations and effective issue resolution.
• Manage ERP-related processes, vendor contracts, and coordination with shared services and supply chain.
• Support local affiliate administration and other ad hoc business needs.
