PAGeoContracting Ltd is seeking a Director of Commercial and Contract Operations to join the Senior Management Team in the UK. The role centers on aligning sales with commercial/operations to win and deliver on contracts while exploring opportunities to grow the business.

The role encompasses contract management, health & safety leadership, business development, and sales oversight. Hybrid working is available, with nationwide travel and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good logistical management skills.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Full Driving licence.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Understanding of Construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management – ensuring along with their team that all projects run to programme and within estimate.
• Head of Health & Safety.
• Responsible for Business Development.
• Sales Management – working with the sales and commercial team to secure orders.
• Attend Senior Sites meetings and pre start meetings.
• Work with sites and clients to resolve any day to day issues on active projects.
