Job summary

F4P Recruit is assisting in finding a Commercial Manager – Projects & Business Transformation for our client in the United Kingdom. The role is hands-on, with no direct reports, driving projects forward and coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

You will own a portfolio across EMEA, turning priorities into plans, managing progress and resolving issues while improving profitability and future revenue opportunities. Hybrid working and senior management exposure are available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial and business operations.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.
• Strong skills in improving business processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating commercial or contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with milestones, actions and timescales.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and maintain plans, logs, risks and decisions.
• Organise meetings, document actions and ensure follow-up.
• Identify delays, dependencies and barriers and drive progress.
• Provide clear updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects to improve profitability, sustainability and revenue opportunities.
• Manage projects involving technology, infrastructure, software and recurring revenue models.
