Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking an organised Commercial Admin to join our team at Lee Mill Bridge, England. You will support the Commercial Team across Planned Civils and the NSA Contract, handling inboxes, trackers and auditing duties.

You will issue call-off subcontract documentation, maintain KPI trackers, perform audits, and provide general administrative support to the Commercial Department. We offer a range of benefits and a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the Planned Commercial inbox
• Maintaining and updating KPI trackers including Change Control Logs, Revenue Trackers and Forecast Sheets
• Carrying out auditing duties including Final account substantiation audits and monthly application audits across Planned Civils and the NSA Contract
• Issuing call-off subcontract documentation to key suppliers across the NSA Contract
• Providing general administrative support across the Commercial Department
