• Managing and maintaining the Planned Commercial inbox
• Maintaining and updating KPI trackers (Change Control Logs, Revenue Trackers, Forecast Sheets)
• Carrying out auditing duties (Final account substantiation audits, Monthly application audits)
• Issuing call-off subcontract documentation to key suppliers across the NSA Contract
• Providing general administrative support across the Commercial Department
