Zusammenfassung

Southern Water is recruiting a Commercial Manager - Major Projects to support the delivery of strategically important projects across its Major Projects portfolio. You will work with project, finance, legal, regulatory and technical teams to develop and implement commercial strategies for major infrastructure initiatives.

You will focus on alternative financing and delivery models, including competitively procured infrastructure and privately financed delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial management for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing and delivering major infrastructure or capital investment projects.
• Strong ability to analyse financial and contractual information.
• Ability to assess complex risks and develop robust commercial solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Support the design and implementation of competitively procured and privately financed infrastructure solutions.
• Develop commercial and contractual arrangements that allocate risk and incentivise performance.
• Support complex procurement processes, commercial evaluations and bidder engagement activities.
• Undertake commercial, contractual and financial analysis to support investment decisions and business cases.
• Analyse financial and commercial information to provide recommendations and support decision-making.
• Build relationships with investors, delivery partners, advisers, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practice across the Major Projects portfolio.
