Job summary

STRABAG UK is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of water and wastewater projects across the UK, from preconstruction through to completion. You will work with Project Managers, Commercial Directors, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement teams and clients to ensure costs, risk, change and contractual obligations are managed effectively.

This role offers career development, visibility with senior leadership, and the opportunity to help establish a new commercial function

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline.
• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent.
• Known NEC contracts and contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of a portfolio of water/wastewater projects.
• Lead risk, change and contractual obligations with project teams and clients.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies; monitor cash, costs and margins.
