Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide overall commercial leadership for Anglian Water projects. The role covers a £75m portfolio, leading a sizable commercial team and delivering strategic direction across multiple water infrastructure schemes, including pipelines and pumping stations.

The successful candidate will manage cost control, forecasting, contracts and procurement while maintaining governance and strong stakeholder relationships with Anglian Water and the supply

Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience within water, utilities or major civil engineering.
• Proven track record operating at Commercial Manager or equivalent level.
• Experience leading and developing large commercial teams.
• Experience managing significant portfolios or multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Commercial leadership of a circa £75m capital programme.
• Leading, managing and developing a large commercial team.
• Providing strategic commercial direction across multiple projects.
• Cost management, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Contract and subcontract management.
• Procurement and supply-chain management.
• Change management and contractual administration.
• Management of commercial risk and opportunity.
• Driving projects through delivery, completion and final account.
• Ensuring robust commercial governance and controls.
• Working closely with operational and project leadership.
• Developing strong relationships with Anglian Water and supply-chain stakeholders.
