STRABAG UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our new Water Sector team within Infrastructure. You will lead the commercial function for the water and wastewater portfolio, collaborating with project teams, clients and procurement to maximise value and manage risk.

The role offers career development in a growing UK market, with exposure to major projects and close interaction with senior leadership to shape STRABAG UK's water capabilities.

Qualifications

• Chartered MRICS status or equivalent.
• Experience with NEC contracts is essential.
• Water sector experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong commercial experience in the construction industry.
• Understanding of contract forms and measurement methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial management of water and wastewater projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Manage costs, risk, change and contractual obligations.
• Develop and implement the portfolio's commercial strategy with the team.
• Coach and develop staff including APC/mentoring activities.
• Ensure adherence to group procedures and governance across projects.
