• Experience aligning sales activity with operational capacity and delivering profitable contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the CEO to develop and deliver the growth strategy across services and consumables.
• Collaborate with Business Development to win new business and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Align sales activity with operational capacity to ensure effective delivery of contracts.
• Lead the management team to foster a proactive, collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve net profit while controlling costs.
