Pareto is launching a Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme in the UK. The program offers a competitive base salary of £27k and an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding tech-driven team.

Trainees receive dedicated soft skills training, digital learning, and chances to progress toward senior roles with greater technical responsibility. This scheme emphasizes independent territory management, relationship-building with clients, and collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product

Responsibilities

• Understand the company offering to engage prospects confidently.

• Liaise with existing customers on changes.

Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme Role:

• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the business's offering to engage with prospects confidently
• Get in touch with inbound prospects and look to build business relationships with potential clients
• Manage your own territory with autonomy and integrity, visiting client and prospect sites regularly
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision makers and influencers
• Act as the interface and a central point of contact between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product departments
• Liaise closely with existing customers on any contractual changes

Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Possess exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
