The Role

As the company’s first Commercial Finance Manager, you will:

• Own day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and internal controls

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

• Build and standardise finance processes across the business

• Provide financial insights to support performance tracking and commercial decisions

• Establish the foundation of a finance function that can scale with the business

This is a hands-on role with high ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Need

Essential

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• 2–4 years’ experience in a finance role

• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware

Nice to Have

• Experience in a start-up or high-growth company

• Exposure to consolidations or structured finance

• Familiarity with solar, construction, or field-based businesses
