Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence for commercial property transactions.
- Submit Land Registry applications and handle SDLT submissions.
- Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties.
- Maintain and update case management systems and client files.
- Schedule appointments, manage diaries, and coordinate meetings.
- Conduct property searches and assist with due diligence processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and telephone handling.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in commercial conveyancing.
- Solid understanding of commercial property law and conveyancing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
