Job summary

Intact Insurance in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Claims Associate to join us on a hybrid basis. You will set up new claims, direct enquiries to the right teams, and handle customer and broker queries with professionalism.

You will maintain accurate records, support administrative tasks in the Commercial Claims department, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while developing your skills within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or prior experience in Insurance.
• Competent IT skills with MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Great attention to detail and good organisational skills.
