Job summary

RSA Group in Manchester is seeking a Claims Handler for the Commercial Claims department. You will set up new claims, direct inquiries to the appropriate claims handling teams, and handle customer and broker questions by phone and email.

The role requires a relevant degree or prior insurance experience, strong IT skills with MS Office and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.
