Job summary

Howden Group in Manchester is seeking a Claims Executive to manage commercial insurance claims from notification to settlement, including larger, complex or contentious losses, while acting as a trusted adviser to clients. You will work closely with brokers, insurers, loss adjusters and legal representatives to achieve timely resolutions and build robust submissions.

The role supports hybrid working with two–three days in the office and requires solid claims experience and strong client

• Experience in commercial insurance claims within a brokerage environment.

Working with clients across a broad range of commercial sectors, from SMEs through to larger commercial organisations, you'll act as a trusted adviser throughout the claims journey, supporting clients when they need us most and helping secure the best possible outcomes.Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
