Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus  |  Reports to: EMEA Marketing Director

Overview

We are an innovative B2B company focused on tangible products that help organisations improve safety, efficiency, and compliance. You will manage a team of three and oversee the execution of the product roadmap for EMEA, driving global marketing initiatives across product launches, sales support, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute EMEA marketing campaigns, including product launches, sales support, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and engagement, both online and offline, in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Job Requirements
  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in direct and digital B2B tangible products.
  • Previous international experience is desirable.
  • Full‑mix marketing experience: customer loyalty, sales support, product introduction.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capabilities.
